Our VIP Golf Experience is the perfect golfing getaway at Horsted Place, where your golfing day begins right from our front doorstep. Step outside to find golf buggies waiting and ready to take you directly to the West Course of the East Sussex National, one of the county’s most stunning championship courses.
From the moment you leave Horsted Place to your final putt, every detail is carefully considered. Priority tee times, personalised hosting, tailored catering and optional buggy delivery directly from the hotel combine to create a truly seamless and indulgent experience.
The West Course at East Sussex National is widely regarded as one of Sussex’s finest tests of golf. Renowned for its immaculate conditioning, flowing fairways and gently undulating greens, the course rewards both precision and creativity.
Set within the rolling Sussex countryside, it offers a rare sense of space and tranquility, enhancing every round whether played competitively or at a relaxed pace. From door to first tee, everything is designed around you – effortless, exclusive and genuinely one of a kind.
Golf Packages
Our Golf Packages are available from 1st April to 31st October and can be booked with us in advance. Choose from one of the following options:
One-Round Package £55 per person
Played on the West Course | Tee off from the 10th tee
Two-Round Package £110 per person
Day 1 played on the East Course | Day 2 played on the West Course
Golf buggies are available upon request and delivered directly to Horsted Place, with keys left at reception for your convenience. Each buggy can feature a personalised welcome message, ideal for corporate or group bookings, and will be collected by the Golf Team following completion of play.

Tee Times & Pace of Play
Tee times are thoughtfully scheduled between 9.00am and 9.30am, allowing for an unhurried and refined start to the day. Play is designed to flow seamlessly, with an average pace of approximately 2¼ to 2½ hours, ensuring an enjoyable and relaxed experience.
Midway through the round, enjoy a 20–30 minute refreshment break at East Sussex National Golf Club. Catering is arranged in advance at the time of booking and confirmed via the Golf Shop, with all dietary requirements carefully accommodated. Choose from freshly prepared bacon rolls or a selection of sandwiches.
Your dedicated Host will then gather the group to continue play on the front nine, ensuring the day runs effortlessly from start to finish.
